The staff team has a two tier structure:
- Strategy
- Delivery
Strategy is responsible for developing our long term aims and evaluating how the programme is performing, while programme delivery is responsible for creating and running the projects that actually deliver the changes that the area needs.
Programme delivery is divided into three Themes:
- Education, Enterprise and Employment
- Health, Social Care, Sport and Leisure
- Neighbourhood Services (Crime, Environment and Housing)
