The Plan

The Delivery Plan is produced each year and outlines what The Bridge will be doing in the coming year. It is in effect our annual business plan and lays out our strategy, budgets and work programme.

The Delivery Plan is also in effect a contract between The Bridge and the Government Office for London. The Bridge submits it as a proposal and it has to be agreed by the Government Office. Once it has been agreed the Government Office for London raises our grant, which is held by our Accountable Body (Haringey Council).

The performance of The Bridge is then monitored on a quarterly basis against the targets in the Delivery Plan, and at the end of the year it forms the basis of our audit by the District Auditor.
