Chestnuts Park - park improvements
Description: This is an environmental improvement project to enhance Chestnuts Park. It covers Phase 1 of a longer-term project (Masterplan) to regenerate the park. New Deal for Communities will fund the development and improvement of facilities including:
- A new children's playground
- A new multi - use games area
- A basketball practice area
- A new landscaped seating area outside cafe with a new entrance to the café
- Restoration of the soft grass landscape area to the north of the park
- New paths with provision for lighting ducts
- New entrances to make provision for future cycle paths

Estate Renewal & Youth Facilities- Tiverton Cage
Description: This project covers substantial capital works to a number of estates within The Bridge New Deal for Communities area. The works aim to improve the environment across these estates and include:
- the creation of defensible spaces
- remedial works to improve the security of identified problem areas
- provide new play facilities for the use of local residents.
The project will work in tandem with Homes for Haringey to ensure all investment is aligned with efforts to ensure properties are brought up to the national Decent Homes Standard.
