What is a ‘Neighbourhood Plan’?
The Bridge NDC is preparing a Neighbourhood Plan for the area. This document will provide guidance on the type, use, and form of development to take place in The Bridge area over the next ten years or more. Haringey Council will use this when setting planning policy for the area. It will also guide specific design and community planning issues, and is a key part of the NDC’s ‘Succession and Legacy’.
Over the past six months, we have been working with a range of other partners including local residents and the Mental Health Trust and Primary Care Trust based at St Ann’s Hospital to develop a vision for the area (PDF, 3Mb).
We have put together an exhibition to show what this could mean in terms of real changes to the area. See Consultation events – have your say for details.
